Our method step by step

When you want packaging to be developed or supplied, we first look together at what exactly you need. Consider material, size, content, printing, and quantities.

Based on this, we advise on the best solution and guide the process from design to production and delivery.

1

Request and advice

When a customer approaches us with a request, we begin by exploring the possibilities. We discuss the product, its application, and the requirements regarding material, size, printing, and quantities.

Based on this, we will select a suitable production location within our network of specialised factories in Sweden, Germany, Hungary, and China, among others.

Each factory has its own specialisation. For example, aluminium tubes, PE tubes, PCR material, or packaging for specific sectors like cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. This way, we can always find a solution that suits the product.

2

Artwork and proof

Once it is clear which packaging will be produced, the customer will provide the design.

Based on the artwork, we will provide a proof. This allows us to check if the design is technically correct and visually appealing on the packaging.

Once the design is approved, production can commence.

3

Production

Production takes place at specialised factories within and outside Europe. These partners possess modern production technology and extensive experience in manufacturing tubes and packaging for various sectors.

This ensures consistent quality and a reliable production process. The average production time is between 6 and 14 weeks, depending on the type of packaging and the print run.

4

Delivery

After production, the packaging is transported by transport partners who specialise in this specific type of packaging.

Delivery can take place at a location of your choice. For example, directly at your company, at a contract manufacturer (CMO) or at a logistics warehouse.

This ensures that packaging is available at the right place at the right time.
